President congratulates the King of Norway

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov has sent a greeting letter to King Harald V of Norway on the national holiday of that country – the Constitution Day.

Norwegian Constitution Day is the National Day of Norway and is an official national holiday observed on 17 May each year.

The Constitution of Norway was signed at Eidsvoll on May 17 in the year 1814. The constitution declared Norway to be an independent nation.
