According to the presidential decree, Alisher Fayzullaev and Sherzod Shermatov have been appointed as the deputy chairpersons of the State committee on communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies.

Prior to appointment, Alisher Fayzullaev worked as director of the Center for scientific-technical and marketing research UNICON.UZ, while Sherzod Shermatov was senior inspector of the Sector on accounting, training and improving skills of employees of organizational-cadre service of the President’s Office of Uzbekistan.

The State committee on communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies has been founded on the bases of Uzbek Agency for Communication and Information.
