Mayor of Odaware city Kenichi Kato told to Jahon news agency that major part of the visitors to Uzbekistan’s stand shows growing interest of Japanese people in rich historic-cultural heritage of Uzbekistan and its modern development. He highly rated economic, tourism and cultural-humanitarian potential of Uzbekistan and further promotion of collaboration between the regions of Uzbekistan and Japan.
Kato affirmed the readiness to do his best to establish bilateral relations between Odawara city and cities of Uzbekistan.
