Jahon news agency said that Drenthe is well-known center for husbandry and production of agriculture goods, development of advanced innovative technologies and equipment in the area.

Participants of the event were familiarized with development of small businesses and private entrepreneurship, complex measures on deepening market reforms and liberalizing economy of the country, improving environment, developing competition, protecting private ownership, projects in Navoi free industrial and economic zone and Angren special industrial zone.

Representatives of Dutch companies were familiarized with the resolution of the Uzbek president “On programme on further modernization, technical and technological re-equipment of agriculture goods producers for 2012-2016”, based on which Uzbekistan is studying experience of leading countries in the area. In this connection, Uzbekistan expressed interest in establishing cooperation with the Dutch companies on establishing mutual beneficial cooperation in production of agriculture equipment.

Willem Haagsma, President of Dutch Export Confederation, said that the Netherlands are interested in developing cooperation with Uzbekistan. He highly rated achievements of Uzbekistan, including in development of small and private business. He said that he was impressed with development of small and private business in Uzbekistan.

Director of Dubex Peter Oldenkamp said that the company specializes on production of agriculture equipment and he expressed hope to create joint venture with the partners in Uzbekistan.

Manager of Dacom Alfred Rol said that the company specializes in production of resource saving technologies in agriculture sector. He said Dacom is interested in cooperation and exchange of experience with the Uzbek partners in development of high technologies and know how.
