Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The privatization process of Uz-Koram Company has started in Uzbekistan, according to the Agency for State Asset Management (AUGA).

The sale includes 100% of the state share in the company’s authorized capital.

Portfolio Investments is acting as the privatization consultant.

Investors can submit applications to purchase the company until 18:00 (Tashkent time) on 20 August 2024.

LLC Uz-Koram Company was founded in 1998. The company specializes in the production of front and rear bumpers for automobiles.

The company’s annual production volume exceeds 230,000 units.

The company’s authorized capital amounts to more than 10.3 billion soums.
