Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Austria clinched a 3:1 victory over Poland in the Euro 2024 group stage match.

In the ninth minute, defender Gernot Trauner opened the scoring, putting the Austrians ahead. 

In the 30th minute, forward Krzysztof Piątek equalized the score. 

However, in the 67th minute, midfielder Christoph Baumgartner again put the Austrians ahead.

In the 78th minute, striker Marko Arnautovic netted Austria’s third goal from penalty.

Poland and Austria compete in Group D along with the Netherlands and France.
