Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Assistant to the President of Uzbekistan Said Mirziyoyev met with US Trade Representative Katherine Tai.

“It was emphasized that Uzbekistan is committed to implementing economic reforms and pursuing policies that prioritize the prosperity and well-being of the people, and not just impressive statistics,” Saida Mirziyoyeva wrote on her Telegram channel.

“We intend to become a full participant in international trade and count on US assistance in accelerating Uzbekistan’s admission to the WTO,” she added.
