Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to the Presidential Decree “On measures to support production in households using the industrial method and the use of new reserves in household and dehkan farms”, every 6 months (in April and October) the “Acholi Tomorkasi” module of the “Online-mahalla” platform will include information on agricultural products grown by owners of private lands, greenhouses available in households, as well as on the effective use of household plots.
Loans from the resources of the Fund for Support of Farmers, Dekhkan Farms and Owners of Household Lands will be allocated at a rate exceeding the main rate of the Central Bank by 4 percentage points (including the bank’s margin - 4 percent), for:
organization of livestock farming (breeding cattle, sheep, goats), fish farming, rabbit farming, beekeeping, turkey farming and poultry farming, vermicompost production and construction of “field stores” - for a period of 3 years, including a grace period of up to 1 year;
organization of gardening (nursery), viticulture (vineyard trellises) and lemon growing, construction of greenhouses, purchase of agricultural machinery and equipment, construction of buildings and structures for their placement, installation of portable refrigerators, drilling of artesian wells - for a period of up to 7 years, including a grace period of up to 3 years.
Also, until 1 January 2027, a zero-customs duty rate is established for the import of motor cultivators (HS code - 8432 29 100 0), single-axle tractors (HS code - 8701 10000 0) and mini-tractors (HS code - 8701 91 100 0 – 8701 94 100).
