Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan grew 8.2 million tons of grain and 3.8 million tons of cotton in 2023. This was stated by the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev in his congratulations to the agricultural workers of Uzbekistan.

According to him, this year more than 15 million tons of vegetables and melons and 5 million tons of fruits and grapes were also grown in the country.

Farmers in Uzbekistan grew 4 million tons of potatoes and 26 thousand tons of silkworm cocoons.
