Murad Buildings and Özgüven completed the construction of the Nest One skyscraper in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Construction of the first multifunctional complex in Uzbekistan - Nest One - was completed in Tashkent. The height of the skyscraper is 267 meters.

Construction of Nest One began in September 2019. The project was implemented by Murad Buildings and Özgüven.

Murad Nazarov, founder and director of Murad Buildings, noted that the implementation of this project was not easy, but with the help of partners and clients themselves, the project was successfully completed, and also noted that company representatives have already begun issuing keys and cadastral documents to owners of apartments, office and retail premises.

Ozgur Onur Ozguven, founder of the Özgüven company, said that in 2019 the project seemed like a dream, but today this dream has become a reality. He thanked everyone who took part in its implementation.

According to him, the Özgüven came to Uzbekistan to share its knowledge and experience. He noted that at the beginning of the project, about 1,000 specialists from Turkiye worked in Uzbekistan. Gradually their number was reduced to 200 people, as Turkish specialists trained local builders.

The complex is conceived as a separate ecosystem that unites premium apartments with a gorgeous view of the city, offices and 33 public spaces: shops, restaurants, children’s playgrounds, a winter garden, areas for recreation and sports.

For the powerful foundation of the building, a special Barret system was used, which was first used in Uzbekistan. The project passed earthquake tests.

Simulation wind tests of the facility were also carried out. Wind flows on each floor of the building were calculated using simulators. As a result of these tests, the façade system of the building was calculated in detail.

Nest One consists of 51 floors and rises 267 meters. More than 1 thousand people worked on the project. For the construction of the facility, 27 thousand tons of iron and 150 thousand tons of concrete were used. For the construction of this complex, our own concrete plant was built, which uninterruptedly supplied M700 grade concrete, which was also used for the first time in Uzbekistan.

The authors of the project emphasize that the skyscraper combines many innovative concepts used for the first time; all the materials and solutions used are backed by serious justification and complex engineering calculations. It uses the latest global technologies, and today it is one of the safest skyscrapers in the world.

Fire safety was implemented into the project taking into account all international standards. The external façade of the building is made of fire-resistant materials. The most modern smoke detection system is installed inside, which, thanks to sensitive detectors, signals a problem in a matter of seconds and gives a command to turn on the fire protection systems.

Escape routes are protected from smoke thanks to the proper layout of the ventilation system and the tightness of the spaces. The building is equipped with fire-fighting elevators, an emergency lighting system, and emergency power generators are installed.

In total, the building, designed according to the All Inclusive service concept, has 1,029 apartments and 29 high-speed elevators, and 20 VIP apartments are located between the 41st and 50th floors.

Most of the apartments have already been purchased. The owners have begun renovation work.

There will be commercial facilities on the 1st floor of the building. There will also be points for networking and shops, which will become a place of attraction for lovers of shopping, premium restaurants and cafes.

On the 28th floor of Nest One there is a sports space with a jogging track along the perimeter of the floor, where residents and residents of Nest One can do cardio training, yoga or Pilates while enjoying stunning views of the city and Tashkent City Park.

In addition, on the second and third floors of the complex there is a fitness center, a swimming pool and SPA complex, a winter garden, several children’s playgrounds, a cinema room, a play-station area and karaoke.

On the 48th and 52nd floors there are viewing terraces where you can enjoy beautiful views of Tashkent and the mountains.

According to the authors of the project, those who wish can still become owners of luxury residences located on the upper floors of the first Nest One skyscraper in Uzbekistan.
