Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Italian President Sergio Mattarella will visit Uzbekistan from 9 to 11 November. During his visit he will visit Tashkent and Samarkand.

It is expected that the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will receive the President of Italy on 10 November in Tashkent. The parties will discuss issues of investment protection and cooperation in the fields of science and culture.

Italian President Sergio Mattarella will also visit the Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent on the same day. During the visit, he will take stock of the educational exchange and assess new areas of potential cooperation in the economic and technological fields.

On 11 November, Italian President Sergio Mattarella will visit Samarkand.
