Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Public transport fares in Tashkent will increase from 1 November 2023.
The ticket price will increase from 1,400 to 2,000 soums when paying in cash or by bank card.
The limit fare for travel of one passenger is set at 2,000 soums (currently 1,400 soums) when paying in cash and bank cards and 1,700 soums when paying with ATTO transport cards.
Passengers using ATTO transport cards pay 700 soums for travel if they use the bus a second time within an hour. The third and fourth transfers will be free.
From next month, when transferring from one bus to another within one hour and paying with an ATTO card, you will need to pay 700 soums. Travel on the third and fourth buses will be free for an hour. Discounts are also introduced when transferring from bus to metro, from one metro line to another and from metro to bus.
In addition, daily, weekly, monthly and annual fares for buses only and for buses and metro have been introduced for ATTO cardholders. Their validity period is 1, 5, 7, 10, 15 or 20 days, 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
