IMC-Capital becomes the owner of 75% in the authorized capital of UZCARD

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The IMC-Capital company became the owner of 75% in the authorized capital of the Single All-Republican Processing Center (UZCARD).

Obid Agzamkhodjaev, Kamron Akbarov, Timur Azadov and Mansur Usmanov, who owned equal shares in UZCARD, left the company’s founders.

The majority stake of 75% in UZCARD now belongs to IMC-Capital. Kamron Akbarov retained a 25% stake in UZCARD.

IMC-Capital was established in August 2022. The company’s authorized capital is 212.75 billion soums. The head of the company is Azizbek Azizov.

The sole founder of IMC-Capital is Berill Holding Company Limited from the UAE. The company with an authorized capital of US$1,000 was registered in the Dubai International Financial Center in June 2023. The head of the company is Aziz Yusupov.
