Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov appointed Shadurdy Meredov as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In connect with appointment, Meredov was relieved from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kyrgyz Republic.
In this post, Shadurdy Meredov replaced Yazguly Mammedov, who earlier this month was relieved by presidential decree from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Uzbekistan "in connection with the transfer to another job."
