Khududaztaminot calls the population to rationally use natural gas

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Due to a sharp drop in air temperature and snowfall, consumption of natural gas has increased significantly. On 4 December, the population of the country (more than 3.9 million consumers) was supplied with 68 million cubic meters of natural gas (on 4 December 2021, 55.8 million or 21% more were supplied). However, in 516 mahallas or 79,000 consumers, there is a decrease in pressure, and 14,000 have temporarily stopped gas supply.

To provide the population and social facilities with gas, Khududgaztaminot involved more than 10 thousand employees, who are making every effort to solve problems, in particular, work is underway to increase the output pressure at the gas distribution stations "Binokor" and "Bektemir" , which will allow normalizing the supply of natural gas in the Chilanzar, Uchtepa, Shaykhantaur, Yakkasaray, Mirabad and Sergeli districts of the capital.

Together with the specialists of Uztransgaz, the issues of improving the gas supply to the residents of the Yangiyul district are being resolved, in particular, the issue has been resolved in 30 households along the Zafarobod street of the Yangiyul mahalla, and work continues in the Chamanzor mahalla.

Changes have been made to the work schedules of gas filling stations in the capital, refueling of public and other socially significant transport is carried out at night. Restrictions will also be imposed on other consumers, except for the population and social facilities.

Taking this opportunity to provide all consumers with gas, Khududaztaminot urges respected citizens to rationally use natural gas and operate essential gas-consuming equipment, and, if possible, reduce the temperature on heating devices when leaving the house.
