The subsidy from the budget for family kindergarten employees will be calculated through an electronic system

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A Government Resolution "On measures to simplify public-private partnership relations in the field of preschool education using modern digital technologies was adopted.

In accordance with the Resolution, from 1 September 2022, in kindergartens operating on the basis of public-private partnerships, in family kindergartens:

subsidies from the budget are automatically calculated in the information system for managing non-state preschool educational organizations, based on the attendance of employees at work and the attendance of pupils;

accounting for the arrival and departure of employees to work and the attendance of pupils is carried out using biometric identification technology using a mobile application;

if the monthly attendance of pupils in the reporting month is less than 40 percent of the number of registered children, wages for this month are not paid from the budget.

The Resolution approved the provisions governing:

the procedure for placing money in banks for the creation of kindergartens on the basis of public-private partnership;

the procedure for paying subsidies and compensations from the budget to non-state kindergartens;

activities of family kindergartens;

the procedure for allocating compensation from the budget for the remuneration of kindergarten teachers in organizations where women work in evening shifts;

a list of information subject to mutual exchange between the information system for managing non-state kindergartens and the interdepartmental integration platform of the "Electronic Government" system.
