Synthetic drugs were distributed via the Internet in Samarkand

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A member of a group involved in the sale of synthetic and psychotropic drugs via the Internet was detained in Samarkand. The citizen was detained while painting the name of the site in one of the apartment buildings in the mahalla in Sogdiana, the press service of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Samarkand region reported.

According to the information, his identity was established, he turned out to be citizen D.A., born in 2002, living on Bunyodkor Street, Chilanzar district of Tashkent. Next to it, the coordinates of the registration of the application of the site, which sells synthetic and psychotropic drugs, as well as specific online payment addresses, were found.

During an additional operational check, it was revealed that on 16 June 2022, 4 people living in the city of Tashkent arrived in Samarkand to spread the name of a site engaged in illegal trafficking of synthetic and psychotropic drugs.

It is noted that operational-search measures are currently being carried out to identify the remaining members of this group.
