Uzavtosanoat issues additional ordinary shares for 10.37 billion soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzavtosanoat JSC issued additional ordinary shares for a total amount of more than 10.37 billion soums.

On 27 June, the company registered the issue of ordinary shares. According to the decision of the shareholders, the shares will be placed with the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan by closed subscription.

As part of the issue, the company will place 10,372,379,824 ordinary shares with a face value of 1 soum each. 

Uzavtosanoat JSC will receive state property in accordance with the order of the Cabinet of Ministers from 24 September 2021 and the order of the AUCA from 27 October 2021.
