Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 27 December 2021, in the format of a video conference, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ruslanbek Davletov and the Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation Konstantin Chuychenko signed a Cooperation Program between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for 2022.
The cooperation program envisages activities for the exchange of experience in the areas of improving legislation, digitalizing development procedures, harmonizing regulatory legal acts, anti-corruption expertise of legislative acts, regulatory policy (in terms of implementing the “regulatory guillotine” mechanism), forensic expertise, etc.
The document is intended to ensure the development and strengthening of bilateral cooperation between the justice bodies of the two countries.
Following the signing ceremony, the parties expressed their hope for the effective implementation of the Cooperation Program, the press service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan reports.
The Cooperation Program was signed on the basis of the Cooperation Agreement between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation from 2004.
