Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, as part of the media week “New Uzbekistan. A New Look" NAESMI together with the Sevimli TV channel will open the country’s first student multimedia studio at the University of Journalism and Mass Communications.
Here, teams of the most active and proactive students will practice their practical journalism skills, as well as cover the events of their student life on the Sevimli TV channel, which has sponsored the youth project. Ahead - work on popular television and Internet platforms, and now the guys are focused on education - master classes, training seminars, recording interviews and searching for "their own format" - perhaps the main task of the journalist.
In addition, a radio studio will be opened jointly with radio "Poytakht". Novice radio journalists will be given airtime for practice and implementation of projects, preparation of entertaining youth radio programs.
“Several days of trainings and media forums prove that the idea of media platforms for young and promising students has begun to be realized. Foreign trainers are delighted with our beneficiaries, their talents, aspirations and burning eyes. If on the first day only one of our trainers had 20 students, now there are already about 40 of them. And this is without "obligation" - trainings are open for all interested students - future journalists, and everyone may or may not come at their own interest and discretion,” - commented the head of NAESMI Firdavs Abdukhalikov.
Modern bases for student youth will be created in five universities of Uzbekistan at faculties specializing in training personnel in the field of mass media. Memorandums confirming this initiative will be signed today in Tashkent between NAEMI and five Tashkent universities - the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek, University of Journalism and Mass Communications, Uzbek State University of World Languages, Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Al-Khorezmi and the Uzbek State Institute of Art and Culture
“First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to the organizers of the media week: everything is arranged according to the highest standard and with the maximum degree of protection in the current reality. Of course, the event itself, the invited experts are a special reason for pride and an incredible opportunity for us, future specialists, to join the stream and stream that we have the opportunity to observe today. I am in a real media trance. Inexpressible sensations and impressions, "said Victoria Zubairova, a 1st year student of the Faculty of Information Public Relations of the Uzbek University of Journalism and Mass Communications.
As part of the media week, students of specialized universities and faculties study in such areas as PR and SMM, journalism, cinematography, editing and others.
