Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As part of the media week “New Uzbekistan. New Look”, which takes place on 3-7 May, at the initiative of the National Association of Electronic Mass Media of Uzbekistan and a number of partner organizations, a training was held for Russian TV presenter and documentary filmmaker Valdis Pelsh.
During the training, Valdis Pelsh taught the secrets of mastery, such as the creation of documentaries and visual works, the creation of financial presentations, the creation of creative programs and innovative media projects. In addition, the presenter visited the ZOR TV channel and talked to TV journalists.
Young journalists and reporters gathered in the hall also asked questions of interest to them, conversations with Valdis Pelsh were organized.
“We are shooting a film with the working title “Uzbekistan: past, present, future”. The film will touch upon the history of the country, the milestones of its modern development, but most importantly, we will tell about the hopes and plans for the future, because the changes and reforms taking place now are significant, interesting and large-scale. There will even be very bold fantasies - for example, we will touch upon the issue of returning the Aral Sea to its shores,” Pelsh said about the filming of his new film about Uzbekistan.
The documentary filmmaker added that the film crew visited Rishtan, Margilan, Ferghana, Bukhara, Samarkand, Nukus, Shakhrisabz. It is expected that the film will show Uzbekistan from a bird’s eye view, and will also use computer graphics and a number of unusual techniques to surprise viewers.
