Three engines of the Zevarda and Pomuk compressor stations to be overhauled in Ukraine
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Currently, 27 compressor stations are operated in the departments and factories under the jurisdiction of Uzbekneftegaz. With the production of hydrocarbons using these stations, more than 90% of the gas production plan is implemented. In turn, for the uninterrupted operation of these stations, it is necessary to timely replace installations, compressors and engines, carry out routine and major repairs.
Taking this into account, in order to restore the production capacities of the oil and gas production departments of Uzbekneftegaz, a direct agreement was concluded with the Ukrainian Motor Sich for the repair of AI-336-2-8 and D-336 gas turbine engines, subject to capital repairs in the management and factories. According to the contracts, in 2020, 5 AI-336-2-8 gas generator engines were delivered to the Ukrainian state for overhaul.
This year, it is planned to send 9 AI-336-2-8 gas turbine engines to the Ukrainian Motor Sich JSC, 5 of which have been overhauled, delivered and put into operation.
Together with representatives of Motor Sich JSC in the Mubarek Oil and Gas Production Department at the Zevarda and Pomuk compressor stations, 4 AI-336-2-8 gas turbine engines underwent a visual and baroscopic inspection, which are planned to be sent for overhaul. The results of the inspection were documented with the participation of specialists, and the engines were prepared for dispatch for overhaul.
In addition, representatives of Motor Sich JSC presented their proposals for the operation and repair of gas turbine engines of this brand.
The Zevarda compressor station is located in Mirishkor district of Kashkadarya region, has 6 gas pumping units with a capacity of 3.3 billion cubic meters of natural gas per year. In 2007, the station was installed on gas-pumping units produced at the plants of JSC "Sumy NPO" and JSC "Motor Sich" and put into operation.
The Pomuk compressor station is located in the Mirishkor district of the Kashkadarya region and has 4 gas pumping units with a capacity of 2.1 billion cubic meters of natural gas per year. In 2005, the station was installed on gas-pumping units produced at the plants of Sumy NPO and Motor Sich and put into operation.
