The head of the international airport "Bukhara" has been replaced
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – On 28 April 2021, under the leadership of the Chairman of the Board of Uzbekistan Airports Rano Djuraeva and members of the Board, an off-site meeting was held with the participation of the management of the Bukhara International Airport, the information service of the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan reports.
The event addressed the issue of the measures taken to improve the competitiveness of the airport and the implementation of the cost optimization program, as well as the further development of the airport.
Based on the results of a comprehensive review, the sole founder of Bukhara International Airport LLC made personnel decisions on replacing the airport director and appointing him to the position of acting director. Director of the international airport "Bukhara" Jakhongir Rakhimov, born in 1977, who has worked at the international airport "Bukhara" for 20 years.
Acting director was instructed to introduce a new staffing table and appoint managers to key positions after agreement with the management of Uzbekistan Airports JSC.
In addition, at the meeting, a new staffing structure of the airport was presented, which envisages the improvement of operating activities in accordance with international standards, optimization of staffing levels and the introduction of a new remuneration system based on performance indicators.
Priority tasks have been set for the new management to radically improve production and economic activities, reduce non-production costs and improve the quality of service for passengers and aircraft.
