Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, the Central Bank held a meeting with the heads of private commercial banks on issues of supporting entrepreneurs and the public in a pandemic.

Restoring the activities of entrepreneurs through the allocation of loans, thereby creating new jobs, widespread support for small businesses and other issues were the focus of the conversation. It was noted that commercial banks in the context of districts and the city of Tashkent should monitor the work carried out to support entrepreneurs (to study the condition of each enterprise and, if necessary, to provide loans).

The meeting also discussed issues regarding the facilitation of loan conditions. In particular, expanding the capabilities of mobile applications for online lending, creating additional amenities for borrowers based on a modern approach.

At the meeting, suggestions and recommendations were made on the widespread use of the capabilities of modern technologies in the banking sector, thereby introducing innovative projects in the field.
