The visit of the Uzbek delegation was rich for events. The visit was completed with the briefing at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Geneva.

The event was attended by representatives of international organizations and diplomatic corps, accredited in Geneva, including Azerbaijan, Belarus, Spain, Israel, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Turkey, France, Japan and others.

The participants received information on reforms in political, judicial-legal and social-economic spheres in Uzbekistan. They also were familiarized with latest decisions of the leadership of Uzbekistan on improving judicial system and developing entreprunership, as well as construction of affordable houses in rural areas.

The participants were also briefed on preparation to the presidential elections, scheduled for 4 December 2016.
