PDPU calls for improvement of employment system

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan (PDPU) calls for improvement of population employment system, the presidential candidate Hotamjon Ketmanov said at the 10th Congress of PDPU.

Ketmanov said that it is necessary regularly improve system of population employment. It is necessary fully take into account demand and proposal of the labour market, concretize current and perspective plans of development at preparing programmes of social-economic development of the territories, take into account needs of enterprises and organizations for cadres at training specialists at professional colleges.

Hotamjon Ketmanov said that stability of jobs should be one of main criteria in realization of social-economic development.

The candidate said that it is necessary to boost efforts on employment of population at enterprises, which offer stable jobs and worthy salary.

He also called to adopt measures to organize legal activities of people, who are occupied by one time temporary works. Necessary conditions should be adopted to self-employment and stimulation of individual labour and entrepreneurship activity of college graduates.

Ketmanov said that training of specialists should be also included to the development of investment programmes, envisaging development of perspective production capacities.

He underlined that Uzbekistan should optimize taxation system to improve business activities in the country. He added that attraction of women to business activities should be also important direction of the work.
