Uzbekistan holds 64th place in Passport Power Rank

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan took the 64th place in Passport Power Rank, which was prepared by the US firm Arton Capital.
Arton Capital stated that for the visa-free count, IATA’s Timaticweb platform and other sources are consulted. The ranking is based on points accumulated for each country that the passport holder can travel visa-free.
Uzbekistan took the 64th place in the ranking along with Zimbabwe, Congo, Burkina Faso, Tajikistan, Mauritania and Egypt. The citizens of these states can travel to 53 countries without visas.
Russia took the 35th place in the ranking (98 countries of the world), Kazakhstan – 53 place (65 countries), Turkmenistan – 70 (47 countries) and Kyrgyzstan – 63 (54 countries).
USA and UK top the list by passport power. In tie at second place are ranked France, Germany and South Korea. At the bottom of the list are the passports of Solomon Islands, Myanmar (Burma), South Sudan, Sao Tome and Principe.
The country list is based on the 193 UN member countries and 6 territories for a total of 199. The territories annexed to other countries are excluded.
