Asian Games 2014: Uzbek judokas win bronze medal in men’s team contest

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan men’s judo team clinched a bronze medal in men’s team contest at the 17th Summer Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea.

In the bout for bronze medal, Uzbek judokas defeated Iran with the score 4-1 and won bronze medal of the tournament.

Rishod Sobirov, Sarvar Shomurodov, Yakhyo Imamov, Dilshod Choriev, Soyib Kurbonov, Navruz Jurakobilov, Abdullo Tangriev and Mirzokhid Farmonov became bronze medalists of the tournament.

So far, Uzbekistan has seven medals of the Asian Games, including one silver and six bronze medals.
