Uzbekistan participates at EMITT exhibition in Istanbul

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- East Mediterranean International Tourism and Travel Exhibition (EMITT) started its work in Istanbul (Turkey) on 30 January 2014, which is also attended by Uzbek companies.

The delegation of Uzbekistan, which included representatives of Great Silk Road Advertisement Agency and five tourism organizations, flied to Istanbul on 29 January, the press service of Uzbektourism said.

Uzbekistan presented single stand at EMITT, which presents information on services of the tour companies, activities of Uzbekistan Havo Yollari and Uzbekistan Temir Yollari.

Representatives of Uzbekistan will present tourism potential of Uzbekistan and answer to all their questions. The print products, which tell about tourism services in Uzbekistan, will be disseminated among the visitors. The exhibition will last till 2 February 2014.

East Mediterranean International Tourism and Travel Exhibition is organized for the 18th time. It is expected that 140,000 visitors will visit it, of them about 60,000 will be professionals of tourism sector from 70 countries. The event attracted about 4,000 stands of tourism agencies and companies.
