LUKOIL to commission booster compression station at Khauzak field
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- LUKOIL Uzbekistan Operating Company, a subsidiary of LUKOIL Overseas (Russia), will commission booster compression station at Khauzak field by the end of 2013.

The press service of LUKOIL Uzbekistan Operating Company said that it will receive equipment for the station from Germany and Malaysia soon. The compressor MAN Diesel & Turbo and spare parts will be delivered from Germany. Two more such compressors almost produced and will be sent to Uzbekistan in several weeks.

Malaysia’s KNM produced two separators (VZ-1002A and VZ-1002 B) and shipped them to Uzbekistan. The company is producing seven more such seperators, which will be also delivered in Uzbekistan in short time.

Specialists of logistics department of LUKOIL Uzbekistan said that they are adopting all necessary measures to ensure timely delivery, certification and customs clearance of the equipment.

Over thousand tonnes of high technologic equipment from various parts of the world will be used to construct new booster compression station at Khauzak field.

The company recalled that construction of booster compression station at Khauzak field started in spring 2013 and it will be commissioned in the end of the year. It added that it will become first company in Uzbekistan, which will use MAN Diesel & Turbo compressors at construction of the booster compression station.
