The company said that net income of the company made up 197.535 million soums in the second quarter of 2013.

The company directed 98.768 million to payment of interim dividends for the second quarter of 2013. The size of the dividend will make up 98.77 soums per share (3.29% to par value). Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 1 million units.

Matbuot Tarqatuvchi directed 15.8 million soums to remuneration of the members of the board, supervisory court and revision commission.

The shareholders also issued 79.014 million soums to increase the charter capital of Matbuot Tarqatuvchi.
