The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for privatization, demonopolization and development of competition registered the emission of shares of the company on 3 September.

Within the emission, Dori Darmon will issue 20.072 million ordinary shares with nominal value of 2,700 soums each. Total sum of the issue will exceed 54.194 billion soums.

Earlier, the shareholders of the company allocated 14.05 billion soums of net income for 2012 to capitalization into the charter capital through increasing par value of the shares. The par value of shares will increase from 2,000 to 2,700 soums. In the result, the charter capital will increase from 40.144 billion to 54.194 billion soums.
