In particular, the company adopted measures to ensure stale and reliable work of gas distribution network, the company said. The works were started in March 2013.

Uztransgaz fully repaired gas supply pipes and gas pumping facilities of compression stations Mubarek, Zirabulak, Galyaaral, Yangiyer and Ahangaran, as well as technologic and additional equipment of 272 gas distribution station.

The company completed construction of gas pipelines Ferghana-Kuva-Asaka, Namangan-Andijan, Zirabulak-Gallyaral with total length of 55 km and work on updating old equipment of Yangiyer compressor stations.

Due to high demand to natural gas in autumn-winter period, the company works on supply of liquefied gas in cylinders to population. It is planned to create 26 services centers on realization of gas cylinders and construct five gas filling stations to increase production capacities.
