Tashkent to host SCO PMs summit in 2013

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The twelfth session of the Council of the Heads of the Governments of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) will be held in Tashkent in 2013, First Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Rustam Azimov said in Bishkek on 5 December 2012.
Rustam Azimov expressed hope that Tashkent summit of the SCO Prime Ministers will be held in constructive dialogue in 2013.
The Heads of the Governments of the SCO met once a year. They discuss priority directions of cooperation of the SCO, including state budget.
The SCO was founded in 2011 and its members are Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. Iran, Pakistan, India, Mongolia and Afghanistan are observers.
