The document reflects main elements of interaction of businesses and state servants, introduction of “single window” at issuing permission documents.

The draft law also sets concrete terms for application consideration, which should abolish some barriers for businesses. The document includes list, establishing reasons for refusing permission or its abolishment.

MPs also considered a draft law “On introduction of changes and amendments to some legislative acts of Uzbekistan in connection with adoption of the law “On permission procedures in entrepreneurship activity”.

The document stipulates introduction of changes and amendments to some laws of Uzbekistan, including law “On water and water use”, “On banking and banking activities”, “On advertisement”, etc.

MPs approved the draft laws and approved these documents in the first reading.
