The changes and amendments to the law directed at speeding of liquidation process of enterprises, realization of bankrupt enterprises’ properties, etc.

The draft law envisages to cut transfer of protocol from creditors to economic courts from five days to two days and consideration of case by courts from three months to two months.

The document also stipulates to carrying out liquidation process without shutting down production process, which should ensure social protection of population and organization of jobs.

After the discussions, the law was passed and sent to Senate of Oliy Majlis for approval.
