Autumn session of Canton Fair to be held in October
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The 110th session of Canton Fair, one of the largest exhibitions of Chinese producers, will be held in Guangzhou, China, on 15-19 October 2011. The exhibition is sometimes called “showcase of Chinese industry”.

The Uzbek-Chinese Trade House (UCTH) has been exclusive partner of the organizers of Canton Fair in Uzbekistan since 2006. The company assisted over 2,000 businesses to participate Canton Fair so far. The UCTH has official right to organize official delegations to the exhibition in Uzbekistan.

Canton Fair is organized twice a year – in spring and autumn – impresses with its sizes. Canton Fair has been recognized as the largest exhibition in the world among many events. The exhibition area exceeds 2 million square meters. Some 40,000 exhibitors and 360,000 visitors from 230 countries are attending the exhibition.

It is not accidental that Canton Fair is organized in Guangzhou as it is one of the ancient cities and only Chinese port, which exists for over thousand years. Guangzhou is also the largest industrial and cultural center.

Canton Fair takes place at Guangzhou International Convention & Exhibition Centre, or just Pazhou. This is multifunctional international exhibition center, which is largest in Asia and the second in the world. It is placed at Pazhou island and it was launched in 2002.

The complex has exhibition, conference and negotiations halls. The complex allows to hold several exhibitions at the same time. The complex can host automobile and boat exhibitions.

The 110th session of Canton Fair will consist of three phases, which will last five days each with two intervals for four days each, which will exhibit about 150,000 types of products and several Chinese plants and firms.

The first phase opens exhibition and attracts the largest number of visitors. The first phase will present such products as compact mechanic equipment, motorcycles, chemical product, home appliances, equipment, automobile spare parts, computer and communication equipment and others.

In the second phase, the exhibition will present decorative ceramics and china, glassware, products from metal, furniture, home tools, toys, dishes and others.

The third phase will specialize to textile industry and it will present children clothes, sporting clothes, textile fabrics, accessories, footwear, food products, and others.
