According to the company chairman R.Mirzayev, tourists from various countries are attracted by the ancient architectural monuments and beautiful nature of Uzbekistan.

Over the past years, many modern hotels have been built, and the tourism infrastructure has been developing in the country, UzA reported.

To increase the flow of tourists, Uzbektourism is implementing measures to improve the infrastructure and quality of service, including training new specialists, and to expand promotion of Uzbekistan’s tourism potential abroad.

Specialists believe proclamation of the year 2011 as the Year of small business in Uzbekistan will serve to increasing the share of the private sector in tourism and attract new investments into the sector.
