“Karakalpakfilm”, cinema studio at the “Uzbekkino” National Agency, presented the new documentaries to the audiences, UzA reported.

 

The film “Uchgan yulduz” (‘The Star on Fall’) is devoted to the life and creative activities of the well-known composer, honored worker of arts of Karakalpakstan Kadyr Khilolov, as well as his musical compositions.

 

The film, namely “The ancient and eternal young Ellikkala” is about the past and present of a district located in the very heart of a desert.

 

The Ellikkala district has been established not so long ago and for over the short period of time had achieved the economic prosperity and transformed into o­ne of the largest cultural centers in Karakalpakstan.
