Turonbank to increase charter capital by 5.2bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Open joint-stock commercial Turonbank (Uzbekistan) is increasing its charter capital by 5.2 billion soums.

The bank registered emission of shares for 18.2 billion soums. The bank will issue 13 million shares, of which 10.409 million are ordinary shares and 2.591 million are preferential shares. The par value of shares is 1,400 soums.

At the moment of registration of new shares’ emission, the paid charter capital of Turonbank was 13 billion soums.

The bank places shares through replacement of shares with par value of 1,000 soums to new ones with 1,400 soums. Turonbank said that that the difference between old and new shares at the size of 5.2 billion soums will be paid due to retained income.
