MPs discussed a draft law “On introduction of changes and amendments to laws “On elections to Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan” and “On elections to regional, district and city Councils of People’s Deputies” in connection with further ensuring freedom of choice and development of election legislation”.

MPs also considered a draft law “On introduction of changes and amendments to some legislative acts of Uzbekistan in connection with adoption of law “On Competition” and a draft law “On introduction of changes and amendments to Tax Code of Uzbekistan”, as well as a draft law “On introduction of changes to article 356 of Tax Code” and a draft law “On introduction of amendments to Code of Uzbekistan on administrative responsibility”.

They also discussed a draft law “On introduction of changes and amendments to articles 283 and 291 of Code of Uzbekistan on administrative responsibility”, a draft law “On introduction of changes and amendments to article 223 of Criminal Code of Uzbekistan”, a draft law “On introduction of changes and amendments to Law “On traffic safety”, a draft law “On normative-legal acts” in new edition”, a draft law “On introduction of changes and amendments to some legislative acts of Uzbekistan” and a draft law “On operative inquiry activity”.

Representatives of political factions and MPs Group of Ecologic Movement of Uzbekistan expressed their views of the documents and developed the positions of the parties.
