Long-term experience in development of solutions on project management in oil and gas sector was the main factor for selection of PMSOFT to implement project.

Malaysian Petronas is customer of construction of compression station at Urga field. The consortium is acting as general contarctor, which includes Eriell, UzLITI, Ukrhimproyekt, MNGM, AB Engineering Management and Consulting and Neftgazqurilish injiniring.

Petronas recommended to use Oracle Primavera software for project management due to high difficulty of the project. The consortium adopted decision on formation of project office, which will be responsible for this direction. Neftgazqurilish injiniring became responsible for it.

The project office within the project on construction of compression station at Urga field will carry out such functions as development project implementation plan, calendar-network schedule (CNS) of the project, etc.

Neftgazqurilish injiniring adopted decision to introduce Oracle Primavera to project management and attracted specialists of PMSOFT for rendering consulting services on introduction of the system.

PMSOFT specialists trained key specialists and helped to prepare plan on organization of the plant on compressor station, and others.
