Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Presidential Decree “On additional measures to improve the processes of labor migration and support for persons carrying out temporary labor activities abroad” was adopted.

According to the Decree, the following will be created:

- Agency for External Labor Migration under the Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction (Agency);

- Department for External Labor Migration in the executive structure of the Cabinet of Ministers (Department), consisting of 4 staff units;

Also, the following positions will be introduced:

- Deputy Minister of Employment and Poverty Reduction - Director of the External Labor Migration Agency;

- attache on labor migration issues in the staffing table of diplomatic and consular institutions of Uzbekistan in Great Britain, UAE, Hungary, Germany, Latvia, Poland and Japan.
