Permits for international road transport to be issued online

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers approved the Regulation on the procedure for determining the quota for the exchange, distribution, issuance and use of permits for international road transport of goods and passengers, Norma reports.

According to the Regulation, permits specify the types of international road transport of goods and passengers (bilateral, transit or transport to / from third countries) and the conditions for their use.

Permits are issued for the following types:

bilateral transportation of goods;

transit transportation of goods;

transportation of goods to/from third countries;

bilateral/transit transportation of goods;

non-scheduled passenger transportation to:

two-way communication;

transit message;

two-way/transit communication.

An application for obtaining foreign / multilateral permits is submitted by the national carrier with confirmation of its EDS through the AIS "E-auto ruhsatnoma". It will be reviewed within 1 business day of receipt.

The issuance of a permit or refusal to do so occurs automatically through the AIS "E-auto ruhsatnoma".

Permits are issued to carriers subject to their return to the competent authority within 90 calendar days from the date of issue.

For each foreign/multilateral permit issued, a fee of 1/4 of the size of basic estimated value will be charged.

If it is determined that foreign/multilateral permits issued to the national carrier, or the rights under them are granted to third parties, the E-auto ruhsatnoma system automatically suspends the issuance of all foreign/multilateral permits to this carrier for a period of 3 months. In case of repeated violation within a year - for a period of 6 months.
