Pavic, Khaydarov, Babadjanov in second round of Tashkent Challenger qualifiers

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Jakhongir Khaydarov, Pulat Babadjanov and Sarvar Ikramov all from Uzbekistan along with Andrei Gorban of Maldova, Ante Pavic of Croatia, Divij Sharan of India, Sadiq Kadir (AUS) and Mathais Wolf of Italy made it to the second round of the qualifying at the US$125, 000 Tashkent Challenger, an ATP Challenger series event being played at the Olympic tennis Stadium.

In an exciting first round matches Croatian Ante Pavic got the better of Abduvoris Saidmukhamedov (UZB) 6-2, 4-6, 6-2, while local players Jakhongir Khaydarov and Pulat Babadjanov scored identical 7-5, 6-3 wins over compatriots Shukhrat Gizatulin and Sanjar Fayziev (UZB).
