Passengers to be examined at bus station in Uzbekistan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Passengers and their luggage in Uzbekistan will be checked before they can enter to territory of bus stations.

Ministry of Interior Affairs and Uzbek Agency for Automobile and River Transport adopted a resolution, which approved instruction on order of entrance to territory of passengers and other persons to bus stations.

Norma said that instruction determines order of examination of passengers and their luggage. The instruction said that passengers and other persons should pass through metal detectors to enter bus stations. If necessary, passengers and their luggage can be inspected with hand metal detectors.

The instruction said that passengers’ passports can be requested to reveal and arrest persons, who are wanted. It added that dogs can used as well in necessity.

Persons, who have implanted equipment, which stimulates heart activity, should be inspected without use of special equipment.

Luggage of passengers can be inspected only in their presence, document said. At the same time, at transportation of pets, birds and other representatives of fauna, passengers should have certificate from veterinary doctor and cages or of the equipment for transportation.

The instruction also includes list of goods, which are banned for transportation. They are weapons, poisons and toxic products, compressed or liquefied gases, etc.
