Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 29 October, a plane with the national team of Uzbekistan on board, which took part in the IV Para-Asian Games, landed at the airport of the capital.

The official welcoming ceremony of the team at Tashkent airport was attended by officials, athletes, coaches, relatives and friends of the team members.

Uzbekistan national team completed participation in the Para Asian Games, having won 79 medals in 11 sports - 25 gold, 24 silver and 30 bronze. In the overall team competition, Uzbek para-athletes took 8th place, entering the top ten teams among 44 participating countries and showing the best result among Central Asian states.
