Pakistan Ambassador Ends Diplomatic Mission in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Bakhtiyor Saidov held a meeting with Pakistan’s Ambassador to Uzbekistan Ahmed Farooq on the occasion of the completion of his diplomatic mission.

During the talks, the sides discussed further strengthening of the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Pakistan, as well as prospects for expanding practical cooperation.

Particular attention was given to cooperation in the fields of trade, investment, education, cultural exchange, and other areas.

The head of the foreign ministry wished Ahmed Farooq success in his future professional activities.

Ahmed Farooq has headed Pakistan’s diplomatic mission in Uzbekistan since March 2023.
