Jora Oganesyan played for Locomotive Tashkent last season and helped the club to earn bronze medals. He also became one of the best foreign players in the Uzbek league.

After his contract with Locomotive expired, Pakhtakor management signed contract with Jora Oganesyan, who is a son of former Pakhtakor Tashkent player Horen Oganesyan.

Eldor Mamatkazin played for Andijan last season. Overall, he played 47 matches for Andijan and scored three goals.
