The draw guaranteed quarterfinal berth for the Uzbek vice-champions.

In other match, Rubin of Russia earned 3-2 hard victory over Ararat Yerevan.

In the quarterfinals, Pakhtakor will play against Ekranas of Lithuania. In other matches, Azerbaijan’s Inter will face Tajikistan’s Regar-TadAz, Sherif of Moldavia will play against Ventspis of Latvia. Aktobe will take on Belarus club MTZ-RIPO.

The matches will be held on 21 January.
